How to remove username being clickable or hyperlinked in Activity Stream?

    I have members who are complicated and easily get confused with very simple navigations. So if I post something to the activity, how do I make it in such a way that the user is not hyperlinked or clickable? I am attaching a photo to further explain what I want to achieve.
