How to Show a Meta value in the Last Activity Key

    When a new user is added to my site, they will not show up in the member directory until they have made a post to the site (even if they have logged in, they must make a post before they will show up). I have looked into this issue and I believe what I need to do is to have a meta value always listed in the last activity key. Could someone please walk me through this. I am very new to all of this so please be detailed. Thanks for everyones help!!
