How can I insert the “Group Listing” page to specific area of my wordpress design as shown in this picture? Does it possible to do that?

Anyway, is this tutorial also instruct me to put the “group listing” to any region of the homepage?
Or it just provide custom CSS design at the default URL of the group listing?

CSS works, so far i know, by class and ID’s, so you can use it where you want, independantly of any page or region.
