How to show user-posts on other Pages

Hello there,
how can I display latest user-posts(no blog-posts) from activity-feed(wall) to the landing/home-page?
I just want to show some posts in a box of one hashtag or the recent activity at all.Example of those Boxes:
#fun
username1: This is fun, let’s run.
username2: True story, bro.Recent Activity:
username5: We can do it!
username 2: Yeah!Thank you!
