How to show User&group permalink link with user&group ID?

    Hi,

    For user and groups links, it show by default as following:

    mysite.com/members/username
    mysite.com/groups/groupname

    and I would like to change it to the following user&groups ID as permalink link:

    mysite.com/groups/ID
    mysite.com/members/ID

    how should I do, or which file should I revise, and how to revise the code?
