how to translate this plugin

Hello
The Website supporting Persian BuddyPress is not continuing the support for Persian Buddypress and therefore all the communities using BuddyPress lack the Support for this plugin. I have registered a domain name bp-persian.com and want to do this for my people. I would appreciate any help to know how can I translate this plugin.
