How to upload an avatar in backend?

Hello,
as an admin, i notice that I could not upload an avatar for user in their profile in backend, but I could delete the avatar.
Is there any chance to add avatar from the backend?
Maybe with a third party plugin?

you can use BuddyPress cover will help you to upload avatar and cover photo.

guess it’s not implemented yet, at least for MS. See #5197
