I remember trying bbpress way back and I remember adding HTML to a post, but when I tried to add HTML to my forum post the link isn’t there nor the image and I see “” as text where my linked image should be.

look like the HTML is being filtered here. I added the html between the quotes above and it isn’t appearing either..

Is there a setting I need to mark to allow or disallow HTML in forum posts? It would be nice if at least anyone with editor or above could do it.

also, I remember that there were plugins for bbpress to make it do some stuff that normal forums do. Do those still work with buddypress and how can I install/manage them through the wordpress interface?
