I can’t update profile avatar

This happens in WPLMS system.
This is a buddypress module totally ,so this is an issue with buddypress ,please try contacting buddypress support for this .
ALso please note that the pictures are uploading now but it is not setting as profile picture because there is some problem is occuring .
The file names that you are uploading does not seems to be right in the avatars/user id directories .

But check this link :../wp-content/uploads/avatars/241/
Here there is no file with that name with bpthumb as suffix .
Please contact the buddyress for this .

Since you’re able to upload avatar images but not able to change them, I am guessing it is an image name issue.

When you upload an image as an avatar, make sure the “length” of the image name is not more than 32 characters.
I haven’t been able to dig in why this happens but it is an observation, rename the image and try uploading it again.
