[Resolved] I need sample data please!

Hi!
In order to test buddypress properly i need some sample data, during the installation it never asked if i would like to have some sample data.
i saw in the plugin directory of wordpress that there was a plugin for sample data but its not compatible with the newest version.
Was wondering if anybody knows a way to get sample data into my platform?
