if bp_message_thread_unread_count is empty

Just curious if somebody could help me with a line of PHP code.

Trying to make a pulse animation for new messages and I need a way to hide the unread class if the number is empty.

This is the code I have right now.

I found a solution with CSS.

tbody tr .unread p.unread -> pulse dot
tbody tr .read p.unread -> display none
