allows users to randomize numbers, words, etc?

for example: a user would be able to type in the numbers 1-10 and hit randomize, and the program would generate a random response answer 1-10. or the user would be able to type in 5 different words (ie. red,blue,orange,green, yellow) and the program would generate one of the five words.

I’m also looking for this plugin to allow users to save their random lists as well. so they can randomize the same 5 words everyday without having to retype the words into the program
