Issue: BP changes Site URL

    BP: Version 9.1.1
    WP: 5.7.3
    type: subdomain
    scope: multiuser

    BP is set to add “social” to the beginning of the site domain when a new site is created in multiuser WordPress install. It is causing problems with our SSL by having too many dots, e.g. examplesite.social.gc.college.edu

    Not sure where in BP to change this. Where in BuddyPress database or setup is this stored? How do I fix this? Why is BP changing my new site URLs?
