    I want to build a panel that any user can add and then can talk to them in downloaded messages
    Job Listings need to improve it a lot but in addition to appearing in an email I would like to be able to send a message to whoever posted it

    You will need to hire a developer to write the required custom code.

    Ok how much it costs to do such a thing I thought there was some plugin or guide to do it
