Jump to bottom when clicked on Crop Photo Canvas

I am facing a similar issue to this one: https://buddypress.org/support/topic/avatar-issue-jump-to-bottom-when-clicked-on-crop-panel/

As soon as I click on “Crop Your New Profile Photo” canvas in Change Profile Photo tab, that page suddenly jumps to bottom. After that it works fine. It jumps only when selection isn’t on the canvas.

Any luck finding a fix to this? Just update BP, and still have the same issue.
