Landing page redirect?

Hey,
i´ve asked this question a thousand times before.
I want to redirect my users after login to an welcome page. so far so good 😀 when i click the sitelogo, i want to refresh the welcome page, no redirect to the homepage / login page.
when user is logged in i got this navigation:
members, groups, contact, faqwhen user is logged out i got this navigation:
homepage, about us, blog, contactall i need is a landing page that disappear when users are logged in and when they click the sitelogo they refresh the content / no redirection to homepage.
how can i do this?
