link BuddyPress to my site’s main menu

Hello,
I’m using WordPress 6.9.
I installed BuddyPress 14.40 on my site: https://subjectif.eu.
I would like it to appear in my site’s main menu. The intended page, Messaging ( https://subjectif.eu/messagerie ), only displays that name!
I would like this page to display BuddyPress with its menu.
What do I need to do?

Navigation menu items are associated with their respective “active component”, that is, what would be considered “main menu” items. Read through the following document to see if it may shed some insight as to what you should do:
