Limit multi-line text capabilities

How can I Limit multi-line text capabilities from the profiles?
I use the plugin Adminimize and the plugin TinyMCE Advanced.
I attach here 2 photos of what I want to change, I want a simple text box something similar to this forum, so that the users in the profile only write, and that there is no attached code neither pictures nor URLs.
