List changes template tags from 1.0 to 1.2?

I’ve noticed some names of template tags have changed between 1.0 and 1.2. For example, bp_has_site_members() is now bp_has_members().
Is there a list of these changes somewhere?
I’m trying to upgrade a messy custom theme from 1.0 to 1.2 bleeding edge. I should probably do a systematic search/replace.
