List of users by profile filed information.

Hey guys,
I’m using the standard Buddypress Members widget on my site which lists my 5 most recently active members, but what I want it to list is my top 5 goal scorers (soccer team) using the information from the ‘goals scored’ profile field.
I have had a little read around and this seems quite difficult to do.
Is there a plugin that’ll allow me to do this easily. Or a snippet?
I’d also like to remove the ‘last active’ under each profile. I have sorted this out with the general members list, but it doesn’t seem to effect the widget.
