Log in and go to members directory

I have it so that when users log in to the main site they go to the members directory, but it now turns out if someone has a blog they go to the backend of their blog (instead of the members directory, which is where I want them to go), even if they log in to the main site.
How can I make it so that everybody how logs in, whether or not they have a blog, goes to the members directory?
