Logged in status not holding

I am building a site at http://globalwe.wpengine.com

I have created a user account for myself using a completely different name and email address. I have started up a new separate browser (Safari; my work on the site is in Chrome) and tried to load the directory page. It says it is for personal members only. I enter my login information and successfully login. Then I click on my profile link, and I am asked to log in again. I can’t get to my profile page as a user with a consistent logged-in user profile so I can do a blog post or create other activity.

We are also using BuddyBoss plugins: BuddyBoss Media, Wall and Paid Memberships Pro for the membership management.

Can anyone help? It’s been almost 3 days since posting and our site is held up around the logging in issue

This is not a BuddyPress problem.

Try stripping down your install to just BuddyPress or disable any membership or authentication plugins you might have and try again.

Is there any membership plugin you recommend to use with BuddyPress? In your experience how compatible is buddyboss?

I’ve used a good number of BuddyBoss plugins and themes with BuddyPress without problems. If you do find an issue be sure to report it to them, their support is very good.

Hi, thanks Henry. I’m looking for a paid membership plugin… have tried paidmembershipspro but it is not working and support is very slow…
