Logged in users dashboard and profile in “mytheme login”

Hello all. Would love some help with this as I am still learning Buddy Press.
As a logged in administrator I can access my dashboard and profile from Mytheme login from my home page. However when a logged in user tries to click on their dashboard and profile, they get redirected to my Welcome page that I have set up. I am using Sr2Member but all registered users (level 1) have access to all pages and links, so they should be able to access to editing their profiles.
Please help…anyone?
