Login Page Redirection Problem

Me and My friends are building social networking site from Buddypress, the problem is i need a login page instead of http://www.aloysians.net , and the login page is http://www.aloysians.net/wp-login.php.
When a user go to the site http://www.aloysians.net it must redirect to http://www.aloysians.net/wp-login.php or any custom login screen which u know , he or she must type username and password and straightly must go to his/ her profile
