Logo doubling when resizing and using with iphone

    Hello!

I am new to buddypress and pretty new to wordpress. I don’t know code at all really other than how to tweak certain things to make them work for me. I have run into an issue.

I am using the Standard Buddypress theme that comes with the installation of Buddypress. The site looks great until I resize it to a smaller window or use it with like an Iphone. When it gets resized small for some reason doubles the logo at the top and looks horrible. I would like to have it not resize or for the logo to not double itself. What are my options? Here is my website. Please help! http://www.salemacts.com

Bump!… Can you bump here? hehe

You can after leaving a suitable period ~24 hours, what shouldn’t be possible though is to sticky the thread, unsticking this mysteriously stickied thread.

You have added a new image as a background one, but without any ‘repeat’ value thus it’s defaulting to ‘repeat’ you need to specify no-repeat, from where you set that background. The header expands in height as the elements in it are squeezed in narrow widths and show the repeated background that has been hidden.

Thank you so much for your reply. I used a standard background color and the default header options under the standard buddypress theme. Also its a standard header logo with the exact specifications that the buddypress theme asked for. It didn’t give me a option to repeat anywhere is there some coding I can put in the header to make it not repeat automatically? I am sorry I looked in the theme options and in the header options under appearance and didn’t see an option to say no-repeat. About the sticky.. I don’t know how that happened 😐

    Thank you so much again!

I would even be ok with somehow telling the overall theme not to change to the small view at all (Small view- would be when it expands in height to adjust for resizing and when it puts the sidebar on the bottom of the page). In fact that would be even better for this website in particular. Is that easier?
