Hi,

I am looking for an affordable buddypress web hosting that provides:

1. Safe backups (daily or any time we need to)
2. Fast and secure
3. Good support
4. Does not put limits on numbers of domains hosted, SQL databases, etc

not familiar with a2 hosting but pretty much anything is ok to start out with but if you get traffic you will quickly get to the point where you need some kind of vps.

I use Bluehost and Hostmonster, which are both of the same company in Utah.

@simple-man seems to have found a cheap host that doesn’t use mechanical hard drives but fast solid state flash drives… that sounds interesting.

web hosting sites advertise unlimited bandwidth, etc… but in fact there is a 50,000 file limit (which they say is beyond their backup capabilities)…. sooner or later vps for cloud computing
