Looking for a consultant to help us upgrade to latest version of Buddy Press

It is running WordPress MU 2.8.4a and Buddy Press 1.1.
The original developer has left our company.
One thing of note is that this implementation of WordPress and BuddyPress is running on a Windows Server 2008 box using IIS7. (Yes, it is possible to make that work. It has been working for us for the past three years.) We have PHP for Windows installed on that box and a seperate server that runs MySQL for Windows.
Our implementation of BuddyPress has to stay running on Windows IIS because Buddy Press runs within our overall website URL namespace and our website is ASP.NET-based and requires IIS.
