Looking for BuddyPress Developer for large project

I have a large project for which I’m going to be using WordPress & BuddyPress to run a community site allowing members to sign up for races and view other members running the same race. I’ve designed and developed exclusively for WordPress for nearly 2 years but am looking for a skilled developer who has worked with BP to work on this project with me.
