Lost Comment Replies function in Activity Stream

    Howdy,

    We recently lost the Comment Reply function (replying to comments) in our Activity Stream. The reply button is no longer there.

    We disabled all plugins and the theme to troubleshoot, but nothing brought back that function to the site.

    Any idea what could be causing the loss of the reply function? Or what we can do to bring it back?

    Any insight would be appreciated.
