Hi! I want to make it so on the activity page you ONLY see activity from people you follow, how would i do this?

Do you mean “friends” as BuddyPress hasn’t a follow option ?
Or do you use this plugin ?

I don’t use that plugin so i can’t help you about making this. Better try by asking the plugin author, on the plugin support forum.
