Make members page public, searchable.

I would like to leave the members page public for all users, but only it without leaving the activities and other pages. When enabled, Yes – Allow users not associated with access to specific resources. And I put no in all, it releases the members page but also ends up releasing the activities and other important items that should be released only after approval.
