Make Posts Followable

    Has anyone seen a way to make posts followable? Like subscribing to comments the old fashion way but instead these followable posts flow into your profile activity stream under a favorite post tab. So any conversations you have going on comment sections you can see in a designated activity stream and you’ll also be notified via email like comment subscriptions.
