Making a Blog Directory List

As far as I know We cannot add external Blog and get listed in the blogs list.
My suggestion is – How about calling it in on a page from the profile new field call “website/blog”
Or
I created a New Profile field call “Website/blog”. How do I call in in a page or get them listed on a page?
