Making Profiles Friends Only

Hi,

I would like to make all my profiles on buddypress viewable only if you are invited or a friend.
I have seen the plugin ‘Simple Buddypress Profile Privacy’. This gives the user the option to be friends only viewable.

I want this to be default for all users. Please can someone help?
