Max post per page & page navigation

Is there a solution for this?
Default its like 10 – 15 posts per page in the activity.
Can i change that to 5?The default to see more posts is to click ”load more”.
After a while it will be never ending scrolling.
Can i make instead of ”load more” it has a page navigation like 1 | 2 | 3 | etc…
