May be a basic question but….

    I want to use buddypress to create a user profile website. All I want is to be able to search the directory based on location, and profiles are shown with information. I want the ability to send messages and make contact via the website removed. Is this possible?

    Thanks Barney 🙂 So its possible to disable the function for users to send messages?

    Also if this was transferred to a mobile version would it be possible to search and find users based on GPS position?
