Member avatars out of alignment in members widget and activity pages and networking pages

Hey folks:
I have buddypress installed at http://www.howistyle.info. I noticed that in Mozilla the member avatars in the members widget are not aligned under each other, and on the members page in Mozilla, Firefox and Chrome and IE 8. They are are cascading. Any idea how to rectify this?
