Member Login Colors on Page

The colors on the Member Login page are just a bit too light (at least the button is). Anyone know if there’s a way to change the colors on the Member Login page (example: http://www.citrustwistkits.com/member-login/)
If so, which file to change?
Or is this a theme function?
