Member Ratings/Feedback?

The site I’m working on is going to include a classifieds system, and I’d really like members who buy and sell from one another to be able to leave positive/negative + comment feedback on one another without the receiver being able to modify/delete anything. It would also be nice if there were some sort of way to display the number of positive/negative ratings a user has received on their profile somewhere.
At the moment, I’m planning to just have a group where members will be able to post forum topics with the other party’s “ @user” name in the title so that one could search the forums for “ @user” and have all feedback threads come up, but a formal member ratings system would be a ton cleaner.
Does this exist, or is anyone interested in creating it?
