Member Widget timezone issue

    My members widget (the default) now shows “registered [Use GMT Timezone] ago” for the first few hours then reverts to normal & correct display. This has been happening for a few weeks that I have noticed. On WPMU 2.8.4 and BP 1.1.2 (yes I know there are a few security patches and will upgrade shortly btu I suspect this is independent. Am I wrong?

    Right, I’m ninja’ing your thread Mike. I’m getting this exact problem, and if you Google for “Use GMT Timezone”, there are hundreds of results.

    I’m also getting this problem when using the bp_core_time_since() function in my blog theme’s header. What’s going on?
