I’ve just upgraded to WP 3.3.1 and BP 1.5 – all my groups and forum links have a /members added to it so that every page is coming up not found:

http://www.selfpublishingreview.com/members/groups/

Nevermind – fixed. For some reason a Members page was created with Groups etc. as a subcategory.
