Members and Activity pages not loading data

    Hello, I can’t see the content of the Members and Activity Feeds pages. My user has the Administrator role and I’ve set it to an Administrator profile. However, other users with the Customer role can see these pages.

    The Administrator user published a post with an image and a link to a Vimeo video. The post appeared to have been published correctly, but when the page was reloaded, the Activity Feeds content was no longer visible.

    The day before, we were posting, commenting, etc., and everything went smoothly. All the clients were visible on the Members page; administrators aren’t visible on this page because we’ve hidden them in the profile settings. No plugin has been updated. Users with the Customer role can see the content of these pages.

    Any ideas?

    It sounds like a role/visibility issue rather than a technical failure. Since Customers can see the feeds but Admins can’t, check:

    Profile visibility settings – admins may be hidden from feeds/members due to profile restrictions.

    Caching – clear site/cache and test in incognito.

    Role capabilities – confirm Admin role still has access to view activity feeds (sometimes custom profile/visibility rules override default privileges).

    Conflicts – temporarily switch the Admin profile to a standard role and test.
