Member’s Directory CSS Styling?

    WordPress 4.6.1 running Sweetdate Child theme.
    Buddypress Version 2.7.4
    https://www.ambwdate.com.

    I want to make it so that certain wordpress roles have special css styling in the member’s directory to differentiate them from other roles as well as have an image display on their actual profile page. How would I go about doing this? And what pages should I edit to reflect these changes. Thanks for any help you can provide.
