Members have got no name

If any member on my site edits her / his Buddypress profile (front end) Or a new member registers, she / he has no name.
Their Buddypress pages will have NO meta title information accept ‘SITE NAME’.
See example (screen shots) : there is no name for a newly registered member or to a member edited her / his profile –
