Members page only displays online users

    Hi,

    I’ve been searching all over but can’t find anything close to helping me. I have BP Search and it is not including offline users in the search. My website.com/members page is also only showing active members.

    Is it something to do with the “members loop”? I’m relatively new to WordPress so I apologize if you get this question a lot.

    This might be due to a plugin you have activated or perhaps even the theme you’re using. Try disabling all plugins and reverting to Twenty Fifteen. Does the search return offline users now?
