Members search function has stopped working

Hi, hoping anyone can help me with this. I have jut been made aware that the search filter no longer works on this site: http://interfaithfoundation.org/groups/ministers/
This has been working ever since the site was set up over a year ago but has just stopped working.
When a name or anything else is entered, it does not apply the filter and simply lists all of the members.
Any help would be much appreciated. WordPress 4.6.2, Buddypress 2.7.4
