@mentions not broadcasting

    I have a user who is saying that they aren’t getting notifications (email or toolbar) of @mentions. I can’t replicate the issues with any of my test accounts, the email’s not in spam, and she does not have the setting turned off.

    Wondering if anyone has any thoughts.
