Menu with options buddypress y bbpres

    Do I need to create pages and then add them in buddypress menu (Appearance>Menu) to display the options ‘ activity, profile, forums, messages,notifications, friends, groups’, on the screen?

    These options appear on the same screen that the blog page, home page, activate page, register page?
