Migration Issue- Wire and Activiy Data Missing

Im migrating WPMU and BuddyPress- AND going from a really old version of BP to the latest version-

The current site is here:

The new beta. site is here:

http://beta.nostomachforcancer.org/

I copied the database over- and installed the new buddypress plugin- in wp-content/wp-plugins

and buddypress seems to be working great- EXCEPT for the wire and activity data is all missing- I think the database/tables have changed?

Any ideas?

well, can you explain form which version you upgraded.

there have been changes in the database schema for activity as far as I remember in bp 1.1(just 1 table now).So that may be a reason.
