Minimum Age restriction upon registration

Hello, I would like to know how to restrict the Birthday field to only show dates for 18 years and over. (For example today, maximum would be 09/11/1994)

Thanks for the answer Toby, but I am very new to all of this..Do I install the plugin and then add the “text” that the author specified?
